Your dedicated developer will be the one intimately familiar with the ins and outs of your website. But there will be at least one secondary developer who can jump in to work on your site when the primary developer is not available, especially if the issue is something urgent.
We discuss and document every new client who comes onboard so everyone in the team is generally familiar with you and your site.
You can request a performance review, whether you’re signing up for a plan or not. It does have a one-time fee, but it’s free if you sign up. We do it annually for all our Velocity Plan clients.
We assess 37 different parts of your website. You will see them all in the eight main areas of the “performance blueprint” that we will make for you as outlined here:
If we see your site isn’t performing well in some of these areas, we’ll include a list of recommendations of what can be done so it performs its best.
Some of these recommendations may include an extra quote. For example, plugins that need a premium license or things that aren’t inside your website may need to be charged an additional fee.
We will indicate which of the recommendations are covered by your plan and which will incur additional costs.
Performance audits are one of the first things we do after you sign up to the support plan. But even then, it takes a few weeks to be completed after you sign up because:
